Project Overview
Every brand needs a story. It is a living being after all, with a beginning and a journey. This is the story of Lilac Marketing Agency, a place that dared to dream, to flourish, and to reach far and wide.
My Contributions
After meeting with the founder of the agency, we talked about how this place established, what was his vision, what he felt, and what was his experience.
I've decided to depict this as it should be, a story.
This is my contribution to Lilac.
From an idea that seemed almost unrealistic to an actuality,the story thus began.

CHAPTER 1 – AMBITION

Without any capital or funds, it all started with 1 simple project that came by mere chance from a local restaurant, and 1 person who assembled a team of 2 people of his acquaintances to help him finish the job. He did not know back then that something beautiful was about to be born.The group grew to become 4, then 5 teammates, who met every day in a café, sat at one table, and worked together to get the project done. The experience felt so unique, and everyone shared a feeling of harmony and a sense of belonging. Although it was only 1 project, no one wanted it to end. For them, it did not seem like a simple project, but a place where collaboration was as a ship smoothly sailing into the unexplored seas.But not all flowers bloom fast, as the small team had to go through two successive winters. The first one marked the ending of the project, and the other arrived with the gloom COVID-19 brought along.

CHAPTER 2 – PASSION

After finishing the first project, funds began to shallow. The team's leader thought this was the end of this collaboration, so he apologized to the team, letting them know that he couldn't remunerate their work anymore. Yet, everyone agreed to keep working with him regardless. Such motivation was inspiring, and opportunities started to open up one after the other.

CHAPTER 3 – METAMORPHOSIS:

Projects, clients, and tasks were flooding, and eventually, hard work started to pay off. The team started growing both in numbers and experience. From 5 to 10 to 30 to 60, the small team became a department, and the departments became a company. Lilac was born, and its DNA formed. More clients joined the marketing road of this fast-moving train, allowing this flower to grow greener.

CHAPTER 4 –BLIGHT:

With the tragic pandemic causing depression and recession in the market, most start-ups didn't have a chance to survive. Lilac was on the brink of withering, most clients terminated their contracts, and the world went silent. Resources almost ran out, and the turbulent times didn't make it any easier. Seeing how other bigger competitors fell and how some had to lay off most of their employees struck fear that Lilac was also not going to survive.

CHAPTER 5 – ASPIRATION:

With extreme measures, Lilac risked it all to keep each and every member of its family, and the goal was to do everything possible to keep them satisfied. This was a much-needed morale boost that lit up hope again. Yet, even during those difficult times, Lilac shined, providing high-quality work and rewarding results, and proved to be an eternal flower that can survive the toughest waves and quakes, just as its name suggests.

CHAPTER 6 – FLOURISH:

After adapting to the new situation, Lilac began to thrive. It became an environment where talents can blast, with a focus on progress and prosperity. Lilac pulled through it all and is determined to keep going. So far, more than 35 clients have partnered with us, 60 team members have joined us, and many, many projects have been accomplished. Numbers keep growing day by day, and the story is not over yet as new chapters keep unfolding. We might not know what will happen tomorrow, but we are sure that it will be amazing.
